Workers' Rights Act 2019

Price Fixing Act 2002
Meal prices, delivery fees and any additional charges are displayed clearly and accurately before checkout, in line with Mauritius's pricing and price-display rules.
Value Added Tax Act 1998
We review our VAT position against current registration thresholds. Where VAT applies to a supply, it is handled in the displayed price and a compliant receipt is issued.
Income Tax Act 1995
KliT keeps proper accounting records and meets its corporate taxable income and tax obligations under Mauritian tax law.
Food Advertising & Nutrition Claims
Claims such as 'healthy', 'low salt' or 'suitable for diabetics', and calorie or nutritional statements, are reviewed against applicable Mauritian food legislation before publishing.
