All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names shown on the app and website are the property of K-LiT Ltd (or their respective owners where noted). Nothing here grants any right to use them.

You may refer to K-LiT by name in a factual, non-commercial way (for example, saying you ordered from K-LiT). Any other use — especially on products, packaging, ads or merchandise — requires our prior written permission.

You may not use K-LiT marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without authorisation, modifies or combines them with other marks, or uses them to sell competing products or services.

All goodwill associated with the marks belongs to K-LiT Ltd. Unauthorised use may be challenged to protect that goodwill.
